[Observium] Observium subscription

Dear sirs,

I tried on Wednesday to subscribe to Observium for one years for 150 £ and when I validate to pay I got an error message. Few minutes spent before I validate the payment and it can explain a time out on your web site but when I tried again to login to retry, the price was changed?! Now it is 180 £ instead of 150 £, I do not want to pay 30 £ more than before!!!! Can you tell me why the price has changes ? Can you help me to subscribe with the price that was given first when I start my subscription ? Thanks in advance for your help.
