[Observium] SMSBox - Add SMSC

Can the smsc variable be added to the SMSBox item? - its just another web variable

My work around was adding to the username variable

$config['smsbox']['user'] = 'ob_user&smsc=serverid'

This tells the Kannel server which SMPP Bind to send the message out
