Tony, We switched sending our emails to the SMS gateway instead of the text gateway of our carrier and its much better. I believe Verizons SMS to email gateway is [ mailto:number@vzwpix.com | number@vzwpix.com ] . Its worth a try.

Hi, I have 2 questions about this.
First, is it possible to attach a notification format per contact. We are sending out text alert notifications using [ mailto:number@vtext.com | number@vtext.com ] and I think the format is too big for vtext.com to accept. Is it possible that on a contact, scale down the notification?
Second, is it possible to change the format of the general “recover” email?
