This is what I get for living in the EU with batshit crazy multi-country tax collection and dispersion requirements.

Hi Adam,

Have you heard back from Paddle?  I did hear back from them and they wanted details of my card to trace the payment as they said they couldn’t see anything.

Funny though, my card was charged when I tried the first time, and their system clearly says I have already paid.

I'll email them too, since it might be a wider issue!

Wow, that's a nice new feature! We had a couple of people who purchased dupes, I guess this is why it's not happened again for a while!

This is pretty strange. I don't see anything, and I didn't get any emails mentioning your domain yesterday.

You should try to contact hello@paddle.com and ask them to chase up your order. Their support guy is pretty responsive (but sadly a very different timezone to you!) and should get it sorted out!

Did you not get an email from Paddle either?

Hi Sean,

I don't see any subscription or completed transaction on our payment provider's systems.

I'm not sure why it didn't work. Try again. If we get a duplicate appearing, I can refund and cancel it for you later!

Thanks,

adam.
