2960X switches and newer styles of switches have dual speed SFP slots. On my 2960X I have switched from 1GIG SFP to a 10GIG SFP.
This changes the ports from GigabitEthernet to TenGigabitEthernet.
In the switch config now the GigabitEthernet ports are gone (they get removed from running config) and now TenGigabit Ports are present and in use.
Observium still shows both types of interfaces present, and there is none to delete under ports. It also doesn’t show that the TenGig port is up even though it is up. Whats the best way to handle this? Delete/re-add switch?
