[Observium] Add/edit users menu returns main dashboard

Hello everyone – I’ve got an issue where the web GUI returns the main dashboard whenever trying to open the add or edit user pages.  Adding from the command line works.  Just not the GUI.  I don’t see any obvious errors in Apache logs or Observium logs.  How do I get starting solving this problem?
