[Observium] Asterisk DAHDI monitoring

Hi Guys,

Can we please add DAHDI monitoring to the asterisk agent ? As per

I will gladly supply a patch to the agent file, if someone can "extend" the view of Asterisk to include dahdichannels and dahdiactive
