[Observium] Custom OID Metric Conditions

Hi,

The attached image shows some custom OIDs I have set up to monitor Juniper QFX VCP link status. These work fine and I see the custom graphs (gauges where state 1 = link up, state 0 = link down).

The last bit I need to figure out is how to alert on them. I think I'm 90% of the way there. You can see the custom OIDs in the top browser window. In the bottom browser window, I'm unsure how to refer to the custom OIDs in the "conditions" bit.

Any help gratefully accepted - I've got this far without bothering anyone but I've fallen at the last hurdle.
