Microsoft disabled SMTP basic authentication.
So you need to edit the security baselines in your tenant or use like I do another mailserver.
If you are using a static IP you can probably set up a send connector without authentication. But I’ve never tested it with Observium.
As SMTP you must use your mx record. Instead of the authentication you allow your IP.
But please be aware that this could also be a security issue. Everyone in your network can send emails on your behalf.

I am new to observium.
I am trying to setup email alerts and they are not sending.
I have attached screenshot of my settings and hoping someone can help me figure this out.
