Yeah, it will recreate RRDs on first poll. It’s probably sufficient to bank up RRDs every day or so. You’re mostly interested in long term trends.

We would generally recommend having as little as possible in config.php, too.

Hello,

I know that if i want to have a fully backup i need 3 things.

1) Mysql dump

2) copy of config.php

3)and copy of .rrd folder.

My question is: Do it's enough to have first two things: MYSQL dump and copy of config.php ? Because old traffic data (.rrd) is not so critical as loosing all the rules/alerts of Observium (and weathermap which is on other directory)
