Been running observium for a while but with alerting turned off. I turned it on recently and got spammed with so many alerts I had to turn it off again.  

I can't really find how I can tune the alert setting anywhere.  Can this be done via the web or do I need to go to the config files?  I'm on version 0.13.9.4493, basically i only want alerts for specific things, not every single event.

If i go to the alerts section there is no option to configure any thing, there is no 'add alert' button as described in this link http://www.observium.org/wiki/Creating_an_Alert_Checker

Is the alerting functions only available in the current version?
