there is

$config['rancid_configs'][] = '/var/lib/rancid/observium/configs/';

$config['rancid_ignorecomments'] = 0;

But probably there is problem between Observium GUI and RANCID file

in folder /var/lib/rancid/observium/configs i have updated config but not in Web GUI
