when I run the command ./poller.php -h all as the install guide shows I get a permission denied. when I run it like this php poller.php -h all it runs fine. I think that is why my cron job is not working correctly. Is yours running exactly as install guide show? Thanks

Add a sysContact to your switch and add it on the device in observium. Click the gear when drilled down to a device. Just the switch one is required but both helps in rare cases.

You have the same issue I just fixed.
Chmod 775 on your rrd folder and make sure you have your cron setup correctly (bottom of the install guide).
