That sounds like a bit of custom development is in order. Things are coded for APC, but there currently is no such code for HP PDUs.

I added it to Observium (0.16.8.8039) but it shows only a very basic detail from the PDU. Only the Ethernet and a Loopback interface shows, not the current usage like our any other APC PDUs.
Possibly to add this device to the supported PDUs?
