Can you have a look for the poe statistics in the devices snmp output?
If it has per-device mibs that's a pain in the arse.

Hi All
We use a few Netgear GS110TP switches with POE for WiFi points and VOIP Phones
Is it possible to have observium display the outputs of the power being provided to each port?
A sample output shows in the web panel as the following
g2 | Enable | 16.2 | Low | 802.3af 4point Only | 4 | None | 46 | 65 | 3.0 | Class | 15400 | Delivering Power |
Im also happy to help with any SNMP outputs from the switch needed :)
Regards
Simon
