need to pass all required snmp v3 params, there is possible 3 param sets:

1. noAuthNoPriv (not required additional params)
2. authNoPriv (required auth user, auth password and auth algorithm
3. authPriv (as previous and Crypto password, Crypto Algorithm

Unfortunately, according to your description,
it is not very clear what snmp v3 auth parameters you are using.
