I checked our setup, we don't use the customer tag often, but ours is also showing the red blank graph
mousing overt the device name and port number shows device graphs and port graphs respectively We are on 20.4.10344 (rolling)

Upgraded to 20.3.10324 (18th March 2020) yesterday. When I go to Ports -> Customers (which worked before I upgraded) I see the attached image.
If I hover on the port or device, the correct graph comes up. Other graphs under Ports -> Transit for example work fine. I don't believe we've customized the customer graphs at all, I was always under the impression Observium auto generated all of that.
Interestingly, I can click one of the red graphs, and it'll load fine on the new page.
Anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? This is the first time in years that an observium update didn't go as planned for us.
