Updated the navbar-custom to work with the new navbar syntax. Great work Tom, a lot easier to create menus now :)
CE and everyone using older than r5670 should still use the old one.
r5670 and later should use: https://github.com/laf/weathermap/blob/master/navbar-custom.inc.php
