[Observium] subscription unsuccessful

Hi All,

is anybody else having issues buying a subscription

i’ve just gone to renew my subscription using the new panel and it has just completely fucked up!

1. enter Companys VAT number, price doesn’t change, still £180 2. just says Thank you for payment and page was blank 3. client area still showing no subscription 4. Paddle have even taken the money from my bank!

any help would be much helpful, or who do i need to contact over this issue because i require a VAT invoice for works expenses
