Could you please help me to achieve the alert checks I need

I ‘ve defined the following custom OID

The result ca only be O (means OK) or 1 (means KO)

I want to be alerted when the value is 1

I’ve tried a lot of combination including the following :

I know the solution is in the condition checker but I don’t know how to define the condition “if the OID value is XX”

I’m completely lost

Could you please help me ?
