Put &debug=1 on the end of the graph URL.
multiport_bits is working ok for me.

Hi,
Also here is the URL by the way, just realised I didn’t reply to the list with it earlier:

Hi - I can answer this as he's not around today.
The graph is the 'Custom_Traffic' user buildable graph on the main page, which isn't clickable so I can't give a URL for it specifically, however it is configured with:
$config['frontpage']['custom_traffic']['ids'] = "95517,95694,95716,95532,95431,95459,95359";
I've tried swapping out those 7 IDs for a single ID of a port/graph on another random device but it always fails to draw the graph, as per image below. I also tried renaming the graph (and removing the graph’s name completely so it goes to its default name) but still no rendering of the data, although the title is updating just fine ;)
SVN is now 5618 - and I believe this is the only broken graph so all the others are working fine now.
Since it isn’t clickable I can’t even get the diagnostics for you about how it is trying to build the graph I’m afraid.
I also tried <url>/debug but the debug entries for the homepage do not include how that particular graph is generated, so I’m still stuck.
Any pointers most welcome!

What is the graph's URL?

Hi Tom
They are the custom graphs on the main page. My colleague even tried
changing “$config['frontpage']['custom_traffic']['ids']” to only have
one port and it didn’t draw, and also tried a completely different
port with no change.
How do I check what type of graph it is so I can more accurately
answer your question?

What type of graphs are these?

Hi,
having the same problem here with the custom_traffic graphs on the

Seems they are broken starting with version 5585 - I'm getting an
"Error Drawing Graphs"
The graphs in version 5584 are working fine

Hi Tom
We’ve updated to 5605 and the “Overall Transit & Peering Traffic This
Month” graph is working, but the custom graphs at the bottom (second
screenshot on my original email) are not drawing.
On further investigation, the memory graphs on some of our switches
(TP-Link) are not drawing either. I’ve tried enabling debug on the
page, but I’m not sure if anything from the output will be useful.
Please let me know what info you need and I’ll get it for you. Thanks.

5591 should fix this.

Hm!
It's important to note that the graph is not broken, and it did not
stop working.
Apparently polling is failing, this is a totally different (and more
important) issue!
Looking at it right now.

Hi Tom
5590 fixes the top graph on the main page (my first screenshot in the

I don’t know how to check what type of graph it is, but if you can
tell me I can check it.

Hi
I wonder if someone can help point me in the right direction as to how
I can fix an issue with graphs not drawing. We updated to 0.14.6.5588
this morning and I’ve noticed that some graphs are not drawing. We
haven’t had any issues with the server and it has been up for 49 days.
I’m not sure where to start. So far I’ve tried another SVN update (in
case there was a quick fix) and rebooted the server (out of
desperation/hope more than anything else).
Please let me know if you require any other info. Thanks in advance
for any assistance.
