Hi Everyone,

 

Is there a procedure for adding a single user who I want to see vlan traffic statistics and the ports on a switch.

 

I have tired creating a normal user which worked fine. However when I select the device and the port and click Add nothing happens.  When I click refresh it still says "This user currently has no permitted ports"

 

Any help would be appreciated, I am using the Professional version 0.15.10.7095
