[Observium] Observium @ Ubuntu - - TLS v1.2 and TLS v1.3 is for communications between webservers and database servers ( different systems and machines )

We are concerned security between Observium that running in Ubuntu systems ( 18.04 and 20.04 )

How to check and confirm TLS v1.2 or above had been configured as default , for communications between webservers and database servers ( different systems and machines )
