Hello all,

I have the fallowing UPS’s With APC 9617 Management cards

Smart-UPS 1000 600.3.D Does not report Current draw

Smart-UPS RT 2000 XL 801.3.D  Everything works

SMART-UPS 2200 80.11.D  Does not report Current draw

Everything else is reporting just not the draw on the other UPS’s I have updated to

APC Management Module AOS v3.7.3 / App v3.7.2

Can I Upgrade the Firmware on the UPS its self?

Still Only the 2000 XL reports Current

If I could ask it would be nice to see the Runtime on the UPS. Any sugestions on how to fix the current for the 1000 & 2200 UPS’s I know there older UPS’s but they work very well and was looking at getting more 1000’s down the road but if I have to go with a newer UPS to get this to work that’s ok to.
