Hi Adam, i dont use the syslog into Observium. I see the option but is no active in my server... I understand the issue with the speed on my server. But why the last week work fine. My server runs 8 months and 1 week ago fails after the last update. No add new host i have the same amount...
This is strange.
Thx BR Santiago

No, not your servers syslog.
I mean, do you put syslog into Observium?
In any event, it seems like your system may no longer be fast enough.
It's difficult to say exactly without more investigation, though.
Adam.

Which version are you running? I think in the Pro edition the poller-wrapper will check for running instances which will prevent problems like this... If you run Pro you should update.

Its only safe to kill it once. If you kill it frequently, your devices won't poll.
It seems like you've ended up running 500 poller instances, which is not idea.
Rebooting the box might be a cleaner fix.
Adam.
