Guys, how do I load mibs not listed in the /mibs folder?

We have a project where we will be monitoring IP camaras, and I can see that dahua is listed there, but not the ones we will be using. I requested the info to the manufacturer and they just sent the OID definition in an excel and they will be sending the mibs file later
