Found it. I assumed there would be a menu like the cbqos menu.

I use JUNIPER-COS-MIBS. OID : jnxCosQstatQedPkts (1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.15.4.1.3.ifindex.queue) for monitor pkts in queue

jnxCosQstatQedBytes (1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.15.4.1.5.ifindex.queue) for monitor bytes in queue :-)
