Hello Kleber
Maybe you can make a subinterface, this subinterface have a VLAN , this "alternative method", I prefer using vlans "groups" for service affinity, internal routing, services, internet, data collection, departments, and so on.
The swiths not "see" the traffic vlan like "humans" , the switches only forwarding packets.
In swiths the VLAN are "simples, comum memory address", not a "regular interface" with traffic.
For checking the traffic in the interface you have basic two options, using subinterface(easy, cheap and fast) or a netflox (big, expensive and slow).
Subinterface is complication if you need separate each vlan, if you can group VLAN(like us) , enjoy and "have a beer" =)
