[Observium] Limited write permissions

Hey Guys,

I currently looking for a way to give an employee just "some" access to the system. The main goal is, that he can manage traffic bills but only can see an selected devices group.

However, it seems like I'm to stupid for that :D When I create an normal user, I can assign an group to the user, but he just can look and don't edit bills. The only way I can see to give him rights, to create and edits bills is to give him a full admin level.... :(
