Had problems with this a few months back too.

Here are the ones currently failing (I've tried no more of the instructions). I suppose these could be only temporary failures:
rpm --import http://apt.sw.be/RPM-GPG-KEY.dag.txt
rpm -Uvh http://pkgs.repoforge.org/rpmforge-release/rpmforge-release-0.5.3-1.el7.rf.x...
Any help is appreciated.
