Do you enable statics in the interface  ?

for vlan:

interface Vlanif3
 description 03-VLAN_MPLS-POP1-POP4
 statistic enable both

if you like static for vlan in specific interface, you need active this vlan in a subinterface, like this:

interface XGigabitEthernet0/0/12.1022
 description VMware02-IN_VLAN_IPv6
 dot1q termination vid 32
 statistic enable both
