[Observium] Connecting to devices from Observium

Hi all - I've noticed that some of my devices display an option to connect directly via SSH etc. as per attached screenshot but unfortunately not all devices provide this option.

I presume this is device dependent since it appears that my Cisco & Mikrotik devices display this option but not Huawei or my Brocade switches

Is this an Observium config or device based? And if device based what config is required.
