That MIB seems to be heavily indexed, it might be fairly complex to graph, needing its own poller module.
I guess the numbers are the pool name, its surprising that the MIB doesn't render that properly!
Instances stuff like this is sometimes harder to collect, since you want to also retain the context of the pool.
Not impossible, but more complex :)

The threshold values seam not to be set or settable on my router model
(ASR 1001-X). But Probably interesting for others.
The MIB file is already provided by Observium.
