Hello,

I am struggling to get a couple of alert checkers built and am hoping someone can point me in the correct direction regarding my syntax. In the first one, I’d like to alert whenever a processor rises above 45% which is working great, however, I’d like to exclude loadbalancer devices from the check. Attached is a screenshot of my alert check, when I look at alert logging, I see that loadbalancers are still being checked. I’ve tried “type notequals loadbalancer” as part of the test with the same results.

The second alert I’m struggling with is a battery alert based on a status alert with a status of “batteryNeedsReplacing” preferably only looking at device type equals power. I’ve attached my attempt at that alert as well.

I’ve been through the documentation, but still can’t seem to get my syntax correct. I appreciate any advice anyone can give.
