Device B does not report ipsec tunnels... the entire cipsec-tunnels module section is void of SQL queries and snmpbulwalks

When I login to MySQL and SELECT * FROM `ipsec_tunnels` WHERE `device_id` = '8';
I see 3 tunnels..... when I query for device 14, I see no tunnels listed.

I ran  ./discovery.php -h -dd on both devices, but this doesn't seem to discover or populate ipsectunnels....

However, after investigating all 10 Cisco Firewalls. It appears that only the Cisco 5510 with ASA 9.1.6 does not report ipsec tunnels. The 1 Cisco 5510 with ASA8.4 we run shows ipsec tunnels.
All the 8 x Cisco 5505 devices with ASA9.1.6 report tunnels.
