It should be under jnxFanFailure or 1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.4.1.2, equivalent to CLI command ‘show chassis fan’, but no answer :

I’ll confirm that with JTAC and ask for involved OIDs/MIBs and revert back.

Running an SRX4200 cluster (Junos 15.1X49-D110), I’m not able to see the FANs’ status / spinning speed :
