Have you ever caught wind of any 3rd party apps for this--understanding that you would not be recommending or endorsing them. The only thing I am able to find so far via Google is very pricey and not even sure it would do the job.

We don't have anything official, but it shouldn't be too difficult to pull the data out of the billing history table and shove it in to whatever invoicing system you want to use.
We're not really likely to ever get involved in invoicing or dealing with currency from our side :)
