Is there a way to add MIBs or customise or added devices? I have downloaded the MIBs for the blade chassis but cannot find any documentation on where to place it and how to incorporate it.

When I discover the device it says it is treating it as generic. I am guessing that it uses a generic set of MIBs to interrogate it. So I am wondering if I can create another device, based on generic, and add the downloaded MIBs.

If it doesn't see the switchports, that means it doesn't populate ifmib, or their description contains 'virtual'

Observium finds the controller very easily, but doesn’t find any of the switch ports.
