Renewed subscription, what next?

We've just renewed our subscription but not sure what to do next. Our svn up still works. Not sure how it's tied to the subscription.

For some reason I had your old account set to last until dec 2015, did you not pay again in december 2014? Perhaps I renewed it by mistake!
Your new account has a different username, the same as the old one with -878 on the end.
Did I ever invoice you for that support time before christmas? I forget.

Yeah, we did renew in Dec 14, so you are correct. We didn't know why svn up still worked.

We did chase, but no, you didn't. Fire over the invoice when you can and we'll clear ASAP.

We first paid 19/12/13 then renewed 19/12/14.
