we are try set Description of port for recognize usage of port like this notes http://observium.org/w/Interface_Description_Parsing

We have lot of port description starting "cust" and "transit" but Observium every time after go to Ports/Customers write "None found."

You're missing out the spaces too.

If you're trying to replicate a naming format, you need to actually follow it, not do some half-arsed approximation, because that's how you end up wasting everyone's time when it doesn't work.

port description i have "Cust: Example Customer [10Mbit] (T1 Telco Y CCID129031) {EXAMP0001}" where "Example Customer" in graph we are use "id=" can i filter Graph by "Circuit ID"?

2) there is chance put "Filter" into Customers page?

Out of interest, is there/will there be a way to change the default prefixes? I have a mid-sized network, and we use different prefixes to identify the same roles. It is not possible to change the prefixes, unfortunately.
