Upgraded our subscription version of Observium to the latest release that was displayed on the webpage and after upgrading, NO devices are being monitored/discovered. This was working perfectly fine prior to the upgrade. Need assistance as soon as possible.

Try deleting all .index files from inside the mibs directory and subdirectories.
If there are none there, your net-snmp binaries are compiled to store the indexes in a different location, see this faq entry:
