Hi Guys,
I'm not getting any info about serial numbers on "inventory" from linux boxes, is that feature only for networking devices?
thanks tons!
Kind regards,

Hi,
On Linux devices this is just enumerating a mostly useless table in HOST-RESOURCES-MIB. No serial numbers to be found in there, only fake co-processors! :)
If you want device serial numbers, if we know how to collect them from a vendor MIB (like on Dell devices), they'll be in the devices table, but there's no easy way to get a list of them at the moment, since no one has ever asked!
