can't ping error from inside Observium
Good morning all I have a new server setup with Centos 7 and Observium Everything looks good except I can't add any devices. I get an error that says it can't ping the device.
I can ping when logged in from the terminal by IP and by Name. FPing also works from the console. IP tables and Firewall have been turned off for trouble shooting. I can add users etc. This is a replacement box so the devices are all configured correctly.
Total loss here.
Run the add_device.php command with -d on the end and you'll get some additional output which may help.
It's probably because the path for fping is wrong, I think rhel keeps that in a different place.
