I have been using https://www.prowlapp.com/ for iOS to MacOS and just buy the app for 2.99 you will get email address or to use the api access and sample scripts to send directly in many ways.

i took a look at pagerduty, but it is way more than i need. i found this, has anyone had any experience with it?
its very basic, but i kind of like that
