Hello,
anybody else seen a Problem with Observium and Switchports been displayed with the wrong Vlan (off by one)?
This happens with Observium CE 0.14.11.6000
Observium says in the view "device/device=229/tab=ports/": Port 28 VLAN 999 29 VLAN 507 30 VLAN 999 31 VLAN 999
under Eventlog: 2015-05-26 16:01:35 29 Interface changed: [ifVlan] 999 -> 507
But it was Interface 30 that was configured. In previous Version this Problem didn't existed.
Does somebody knows a solution for this?
sincerly, Jordan

Some vendors report vlans in different ways. You need to provide more information, like os and model.
Adam.

Hi Adam,
this particular is a HP J9775A 2530-48G Switch, revision YA.15.13.0005,
I have an other one: ProCurve J9022A Switch 2810-48G, revision N.11.64 Observium: Port 11 VLAN 436 12 VLAN 435
Switch-Config: vlan 436 untagged 1-12 exit
Does this happen with HP-Switches? Couldn't find a Cisco-Switch with the same problem.

This issue (or one very much like it) was fixed a while ago. I don't remember if it was before or after CE release.

Hi,
there is also an other issue with Firewall-objects. In the view "device/device=149/tab=ports/" somebody can see the speed-settings, but the duplex-settings are not displayed anymore.
Has this been fixed too?
When is the next CE planed ?
sincerly, jordan
