You can work around it by adding a new device and using the snmp community format from that juniper kb article. Works for logical-systems as well ( logical-sys-name/VRF-name@community, literally with the / and @ symbols. default@community works to get the default VRF).

Thanks for your reply. But it's not really on option for me. We have about 280 juniper routers. And not just 1 routing-instance.

When i use this command. I do get an output of all routing instances.
