Ah my bad. You only get the popup history graph when you roll over the mini-graph to the left of the Ingress/Egress percentage bars, which is a little different to the other CPU, Storage, etc.. (which you get pop-up over either the mini-graph, or the usage-bar)

Since my lab chassis had 0% fabric usage the mini-graphs are just whitespace :)
