Hi all, We have a scenario where we'd like, for certain alerts, to not only send via the default mail settings but also to forward to an external sms portal. This particular portal is fairly simple and works via sending an email to a certain domain with a phone number prefix. We'd need to use different mail settings for this purpose though and I was wondering if someone could think of the best way to do this. I can't really find many examples for the external script or web hook transport methods, and ideally we'd be able to do most of the configuration and filtering directly within observium rather than doing the messaging logic elsewhere. Thanks Andy

Hi Andy,
What do you mean by "different mail settings "? An actual different mail server? If so, why?
Can't you just add a second e-mail address?
Tom
