Hi,
I just added a port to a billing, so I imagine observium is going to calculate since today, right?
However, today is day 3. How can I generate statistics for a specific billing since day 1?
Thank you.
Regards,

You set the billing day as the day of the month on which the bill should start.
Adam.

Hi Adam,
Yes, I know that.
How I can make Observium calculate and transport values from interface to billing since day 1?

Thank you.

The answer is simply by creating the bill on or before day 1. If there is no data, it can't be pulled out of the air...

Hi Eduardo,
Same thing- there is no billing data recorded for that new port, so there can be no bill for that period...

I just want to force the billing to recalculate all month again. Is there a script or a way to do this?
Thank you.

Eduardo,
This data is not in the billing system. That is the issue. Billing uses separate storage which, as opposed to the RRDs as created by Observium, do not lose accuracy after a while. The data you are showing in the other graph is data coming from RRDs, not the billing database.
There may be a way to extract data from the RRDs (if it's still recent enough) and insert it into the billing database, but we have no such script or code available.
Tom
