Hi,
If I reset the port-counters in a switch, would that throw off Observium port graphs in any way?

We /should/ ignore counters going backwards, at least for port counters.

I'm not even sure if resetting CLI counters resets the SNMP counters. Perhaps someone can test that :)

At least for Cisco it appears to be two different counters:
"There are no methods to reset an SNMP counter to zero without the need to reload the device." http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/simple-network-management-proto...
Haven't tested to confirm though.
